For a print on white textile a pic in jpg format is great
For a beautiful flex/flock print on black or other coloured background you need to send in a vector design. These you make with Macromedia Freehand, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator or the free 'The Gimp'. The design should have max 3 colours and no colourfades.
